Accessibility statement
Last updated:
This document is currently available in English and Portuguese. If a translation differs, the English version applies.
Many people who use Turnly are tired, in a hurry or older, some with low vision. We want everyone to be able to use it.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the level referred to by the European standard EN 301 549.
What we do
- A typeface designed for easy reading (Atkinson Hyperlegible), large touch targets and high-contrast colours.
- A larger text size option in the app, and a simple view with large print for the person cared for.
- Support for screen readers, right-to-left languages and more than 70 languages.
- Videos on the website have no sound, stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and are not needed to understand the page.
Current status
Turnly has not yet been audited by an independent party, so we cannot yet state that it fully conforms. The legal documents are only available in English and Portuguese for now.
