Turnly

Terms of use

Last updated:

This document is currently available in English and Portuguese. If a translation differs, the English version applies.

These terms apply when you use the Turnly website, web app or mobile apps. Please read them, in particular sections 2 and 8.

1. Who provides Turnly

Turnly is provided by: Rosini Solutions Sàrl, Chemin des Bulesses 16, 1814 La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland. Contact: hello@turnly.org.

2. What Turnly is, and what it is not

Turnly is a tool for organising care in a family: shared tasks, medicine schedules and doses, appointments, notes, a care record and shared expenses.

  • Turnly is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not interpret measurements, suggest doses or make diagnoses. Always follow the instructions of health professionals.
  • Turnly is not an emergency service. Reminders and notifications can be late or fail (for example without a connection, or if your phone blocks them). In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
  • Turnly does not move money. Expenses and reimbursements are records kept by the family.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep access to your email address and devices safe: whoever can read your email can sign in to your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

4. Care circles and the person cared for

A circle is shared by the people invited to it. The family admin manages who belongs to it and what each person can see and do.

  • Only record information about the person cared for with their agreement or with the authority to act for them, and only what the circle needs.
  • Invite only people the person cared for would trust with this information, and give each one the role they need.
  • Respect the confidentiality of what you see in a circle. Do not copy or share it outside the circle except to care for the person (for example with their doctor).

5. Your content

What you record remains yours and the circle's. You allow us to store, display and process it only to provide Turnly to you and the people in your circle, as described in the privacy policy.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, that you have no right to share, or that harms others. We may remove such content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

6. Optional AI features

If the family admin switches them on, Turnly can draft summaries and read receipts and prescriptions with an AI service. The results are suggestions marked as such: check them before relying on them or saving them. AI can make mistakes.

7. Price and availability

Turnly is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, the prices will be shown before you buy, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it.

Turnly is in an early phase. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Download your data regularly if you depend on it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, nor your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Within those limits, we are not liable for harm caused by relying on Turnly instead of medical advice or emergency services, by reminders that did not arrive, or by information recorded by other people in a circle.

9. Ending

You can stop using Turnly and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and we will give you time to download your data.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change applies.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country or of Switzerland.

If you have a problem, write to us first at hello@turnly.org: we will try to solve it quickly.
